Service has really deteriorated.
Getting someone on the phone is almost impossible. And personnel don't return calls the way they promised to.
Very bad customer service. Manager was worst. I went there with a issue about a hold on my deposit. He did not even take time to talk to me and straight up denied. I had to leave and go to redwood city branch. I was immediately taken care of there.
Great customer service! My favorite WFB branch to do business banking! Special thanks to lead teller, Mason Marco, for being super efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly!
