Not usually this harsh. Came in with cash. Only partial posted... it’s cash. Teller assured it would post and did not. Called branch at midtown nothing they would do. Headed out of town. Better training needed at branch. Will head downtown going forward

I came in with a lot of loose change to have converted into paper money. The branch manager was extremely helpful and helped me to bag many of the coins herself. I had assumed they had scales to weigh the coins and make the process faster. However apparently they only accepted bagged change. Just wanted to say that I thought the manager went out of her way to help me out. A very nice gesture in these hurried times. Thank you!
