Can’t pull basic info from the website of providers to see through my EAP with wellspring. Submitted a web form 10 days ago. Have placed multiple calls. Long holds to get told the same thing of I can’t help you you need a case manager. 10 days in and 3 phone calls later it’s the same story.
Every EAP I’ve used in the past has made seeking mental health help very easy and Wellspring has made it absolutely miserable. Thanks for nothing!
