Clean and well kept. Employees truly care for Residents despite perpetual underpay. 2 years no raises for employees with 30 years of experience? Still they toil and care.4 stars for them. Sadly, management is outdated, stuck in the 80s. An upgrade is needed to earn that last star. 21st century management is needed in order to provide proper care.

This company is horrible I have a friend who has ALS and is in a wheelchair he is 82 yrs old and his wife is 83. And the nurses don't show up sometimes they don't call to say their not coming. They don't let their company know or the company doesn't care cause they don't call or send someone else. I as a friend get called to do the JOB that they are payed to do. Don't hire or take your Loved ones to these people.

We moved our father to Wellspring Meadows due to a bad experience at a different facility. We are so happy with the care here. Our dad seems so much more content. The people caring for dad are wonderful. Each person has a different gift which provides an all around great experience. And the food is awesome!
