I worked with Ricardo at Wenatchee Heating & Cooling and it was the best decision I made. We needed to get a three zone mini split system installed and he was by far the most competitive, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly person I worked with. He showed up exactly when he said he would, updated me on progress every step of the way, included me in every important installation decision, and provided top notch equipment where other companies in the area were offering stripped down models and then would try to upsell those features. I’ll use Ricardo and Wenatchee Heating & Cooling for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Ricardo came out the same day I called him and was able to diagnose and fix my heat pump issues. He simplified the issue into a way that I could understand and showed me where the issue was quickly. Ricardo was very friendly and very knowledgeable.

Extremely professional and highly recommended by neighbors. He went above to help me out! I called on July 5th, 2024 it was 90 degrees out. Ricardo came out within 40 minutes. My AC was frozen and not blowing air. He defrosted and replaced what wasn't working (the original capacitor). VERY REASONABLE priced. He even cleaned -and serviced my long overdue unit. He will always be my first call for any heating & Cooling needs!
