WRI hosted an event in the Red Barn where I, a writer from three states away, was invited to read. They were hospitable and the space was wonderful and I loved it. Nice to read at a place where one may jump in the river beforehand during the hottest part of the day. I wish all venues were like this.

Wonderful experience. Lots of learning opportunities and great leadership introduction to the wonderful Wildlife all around us. :) This school trip was exquisite. 👍

Wenatchee River Institute is a beautiful place to visit in Leavenworth WA. The people there are very friendly and very knowledgeable of the history of the area. I would highly recommend their guided nature walks through their many garden areas. A great place to take the whole family to learn about the history of the area and the native plant and animal life. And then take a dip in the river!
