cannot contact clinic.. phone number goes to a fax machine!! central va system used to intercept calls and relay requests... but cannot contact them either... what's happening ?? Need to renew meds and get appointment !! guess I will have to drive one hour to wenatchee to contact anyone ! Sad... very sad... system is totally screwed up...

Terrible! I live 2 hours away from this clinic. For my first appointment, I showed up; the clerk looked on the computer and said "You don't have an appointment today, sir." I showed him the appointment card showing that date and time. Blank stare. "Sorry". 200 miles and 4 hours wasted. The next appointment went as scheduled, but then I was asked to return for a blood draw. I came for that appointment, only to find that the phlebotomist had simply not shown up for work that day. From side conversations among the staff, it became apparent this was not unusual. Another 4 hours and 200 miles wasted. The drive to the Spokane VA Hospital is an 8-hour roundtrip and about 400 miles, but they keep their appointments there, and the staff shows up. Adios, Weanatchee VA Clinic. You are the pits.

I have been going to the clinic in Wenatchee since it opened. I have never had bad service. However there has been an increase in service level over the last couple years. Very satisfied... oh one thing the phone system is a bit of a challenge but not enough for me to drop my rating
