Wendell was a godsend for my family and I during our house hunting adventure. There was nothing more he could have done to make this process better for us. Sure there were many headaches and heart breaks during our search for a home in this market, but Wendell always reassured us and kept our spirits high. He really cares about his clients and wanted to make sure we found a house that we loved and never wanted us to “just settle.” Words can’t explain how grateful I am for everything he did for us. Wendell is simply amazing.

I was referred to Wendell from a friend and im glad I was. Wendell was very professional, assessed my situation and was able to provide a clear road map on what was needed to Sell my property. Wendell managed the remodeling for me, secured the necessary contractors and was able to stay within agreed budget. I appreciate the fact that he went beyond his normal "Realtor role" and was able to wear multiple hats. Not only did we finish the remodeling within 1 month, but was able to close escrow 30 days later. I highly recommend Wendell either its Selling or Buying, he will guide you through all the many hurdles of Real estate.

I would highly recommend Wendell to anyone looking for an exceptional agent. I was a first time home buyer and looking to buy a home 4 hours from where I was currently living. Wendell was recommended to me from a friend and I'm thankful he was. He made the process so easy that I felt comfortable and prepared every step of the way. Wendell found listings for us under our criteria and sent us all the information and pictures we needed. He found us a place where we wanted to go and under our price range all the while dealing with us via phone/email.
