Recently we bought an investment property that Wendy helped us with. To put things in context, we have bought multiple properties in the past, both for personal and investment purposes, and worked with multiple realtors. So this review is not just based on our interaction with Wendy but also based on the experience we’ve had in the past. Firstly, she is outstanding professionally! Wendy is quick to understand a client’s specific requirement and has a keen eye for spotting properties of interest. She was very enthusiastic, continuously engaged with us during the entire process from showing us properties, providing amazing insights into potential return on investment and educating us about a range of factors that needed to be factored in. She had tons of tricks up her sleeve when it came to writing up compelling factors, while always protecting our interests and making sure we made a decision that suited our needs. Wendy was extremely patient and always available to take a call and answer the seemingly endless number of questions that we had for her. What makes her stand out though is the fact that she takes personal interest in her clients’ interest and goes over and beyond to defray stresses that are typical in property transactions. Overall, I feel Wendy is beyond doubt an exceptional realtor (the best realtor that we have worked with and we’ve worked with a few 😊) and easily stands out beyond comparison. She truly deserves five stars and more for her efforts if there was something like 5+
