Buying a home can be stressful and for me, it caused some anxiety and fear. Wendy was the perfect anecdote - calm, consistent, a reliable communicator, patient and very knowledgeable. If she didn’t have an answer, she knew who would. Thank you, Wendy, for being there for us as we navigated the big decisions! So happy with our new home!

We had the pleasure of working with Wendy on 2 occasions, as both buyer and seller. She was exceptionally helpful when thoroughly describing each step of buying and selling process. She went above and beyond when she assisted us in our relocation to southern California. Wendy even went so far as to forward some important documents for us and sent us a sweet sweater from a local bakery as a Benicia keepsake. We are forever grateful that we were able to work with Wendy.

We absolutely loved working with Wendy. We previously worked with an agent that didn't really seem to understand what we wanted and was not helpful during the process at all. Wendy listened to what we were looking for and had the experience to read between the lines of our desires to help us land on our forever home. She sent us many listings to review and was honest in her assessment of a home when we went to view a house (like if it was a shoddy flip or something seemed off). She was able to walk me (first time home buyer) through the entire process and was honest about what would make us competitive bidders. She is thoughtful and professional. I don't have enough good words to express our satisfaction in working with her. Highly recommend.
