Something is wrong at this location. They get simple orders wrong every time, unprofessional attitudes, they don't wear gloves or hair nets that I can see, we've gotten hair in our food before, the food isn't warm, burgers smashed flat. It's never busy here but they don't clean, instead they stand around talking about inappropriate topics. They despise helping customers. I have called the store to alert them that items were missing and the order is wrong, and they legit don't care. The supposed "manager" had immediate attitude, doesn't know how to speak to people or resolve THEIR mistakes and she kept trying to pass the blame to everyone else instead of just having the order corrected. It would have been so simple! They definitely need new management at this particular location.

Line was quick and service was good. I dont know why but i really like the potatoes and chili. So glad they still serve them. Update, today i went back thru drive thru. They had a new young woman working. I wasnt sure she understood my special order with just extra cheese on 2 potatoes. Well when i got home it was better than what i expected. She made it just right. I always get too much tater and not enough cheese. But today it was perfect. Thank you Wendys team! 😊

Damian was polite, and my food was correct.
The food quality is on par with any other Wendy's however the interior is kept very clean and the staff work efficiently.
The dining room layout is different including different seating options instead of the standard four-person tables with no moving chairs.
Both restrooms are unisex and handicap accessible.
