Made me wait when I drove cross town and had ordered on app. After waiting the food was absolutely cold. How is it not fresh and warm when made me wait? You did not offer to bring out my order when was done. Instead you made me wait even long than the 10 minutes while I waited while you took orders. I should have been told to go to your waiting spot and been served before anyone else.

The food was ok, i had a lot of xold fries. I asked for no onions because i am allergic to onions, and when I called into them to let them know and they said just take them off. I cannot do that, it is an allergy. I ended up tossing my dinner that costed over $15

I go here almost daily and get great customer service except today. I ordered and she repeated my order back wrong I restated my order and she said thats basically what I said. I tried to explain and she said she couldn't hear me so I left after waiting 15 minutes in line
