Just went through the drive through and the girl handing the drinks practically threw them at us. Then we weren't given straws or spoons. I went back in to get them and was greeted by the manager and staff talking about us and said is she the one. I said yes I am and she starting yelling at me. Saying you legally have to ask for spoons and strws that's why you didn't get them. I said we'll I'm asking for them now. The manager then said you will not talk to me like this and I simply said I didn't say anything. She then said wow yelling at a minor real cool. I walked out and will never return. This is second time we have been through drive through and the same girl threw the drinks at us. I'm not sure what's going on but this Wendy's has gone down hill. I guess they can't find good employees. Horrible place.

This was sp disappointing! We saw the peppermint frosty on an AD, so went OUT OF OUR way coming home to get 3 for dessert. They were all soupy. What a letdown.

Their beef is always fresh and never frozen 🙃 seriously though I prefer Wendy's over the other fast food chains.
