They told me it was going to be a 5min wait for the Cobb salad. It took 20mins and we were still missing items. The salad was wilted and old.

Multiple times I have tried to order Frosty at this location as much as 2 hours before closing and was told they were no longer serving Frostys for the night, and then tonight I made to the store before 2 am and the order taker was going to take my order for 2 soft drinks, I wasn't ordering any food even, and the other employees told us(me and the employee helping me) that they couldn't take my order because they already started counting down the til. Why have posted hours of you aren't going to operate for those hours, and I wasted my gas to go to this location, which is farther away than my usual stop, because they are open later, just to be told no because they already closed the til before closing. I feel like I should have been at least comp'd for the soft drinks I wanted since I did my part in making it before closing and they failed to let me pay for my order because they couldn't wait a few min to close the til. That's bad business IMO, I guess I'll have to start patroning McDonald's or Jack in the box instead of Wendy's.....

Gross. Someone took the wrong bag, meaning they took my food. The worker made them bring it back then she gave it to me after they already had it in their car. Who knows if they touched it ?? Good thing I checked the burger, it was wrong so I got a fresh one. But if it wasn’t wrong?? Lol. They lady who fixed it was great and fast, the lady at the counter seemed like she needed some help
