Terrible people working on the night shift on the 7th of September 10:30 PM. I ordered food online and payed for it but still got refused getting my food from the drive -thru because I don't have a car? Well it didn't say anywhere on the site that I have to have a car to be serviced. I'm a student from international excachange, I'm here only for the summer so I don't have a car. Even if that are the rules maybe you can show some empathy and bend the rules once. I pay so you get money and I get the food so everyone is happy. But no. The people here didn't care for me starving after whole day working and they just shut the window like I'm some kind of weirdo. I was with my girlfriend and we both were dressed normalIy, I already payed for the food and I was showing order and payment confirnation and it still didn't matter. I guess I'm too poor to eat here. Good job America! In Poland there is no problem for people without the car to get the food from the drive -thru when the restaurant is closed. I felt really bad and I feel like the rules are racist towards normal people that pay for food but they don't have a car so I'm treated like trash. Never again. Btw I payed 30$ for the food so it's not like it was a small order. Little minions of the inhuman broken system.

Waited 5 mins to get my order taken, 25 -30 to get my food .they weren't busy in front or short staffed. The fries were obviously leftover ones from the holder. Which I used to work fast food and can tell . They were cold. There was a dirty table full of garbage that was there since we walked in and was still there when we left. Burgers were hot n good but alil disappointed in the whole experience and I used to work at Wendy's years ago.

9am not time for Lunch and was able to make it fresh double stacks for me , went out of my way for 3 of there biggie bags, let's say customer service was delivered with excellent care and patience which not alot days the fast food doesn't get appreciated for but Manager and Employees deserve more than 5 stars in my books. Fave Wendy's!
