Love Juanitp the day manager. Great to my family. Kid friendly. Always respectful and kind to my wife, family, extended family. He is the reason why we continue to repeatedly dine here. Food is fresh too.

I never get my extra sauce. I'm a sauce person and need more than just one tiny cup. I ask for extra sweet and sour to go with my biggie back every single time. I think i have gotten it once. At this point I'd pay extra for more sauce if it meant i got it.

This event is Thursday, June 13th at 6:13 p.m . How many times have I been bullied by an employee to take the food I ordered. They have no respect for customers. Because I ordered 3 sandwiches with 3 drinks online. He said this didn't come to us, showing me my name. I went back and asked them where they were and they gave me 3 sandwiches and they rudely replied that they didn't have anything to drink for the 3 sodas I paid for. I called them back and didn't get a satisfactory answer. I found the staff to be rude and the restaurant manager even worse . I found Wendys in Smith Street to be disrespectful to customers . I don't even go back to them when all the restaurants are closed and I want to starve to death.
