Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. They got my order wrong, and instead of being apologetic and helping the situation as a manager SHOULD, they were rude, dismissive, and took zero responsibility. You know what they did do, though? Took my money for things they "didn't" charge me for, and argued with me about. Managers...you are representatives of the establishment you work for and should be setting an exceptional example for your team. Especially when it comes to the way you treat customers. With the way you spoke to me, I can only imagine what your team has to put up with from you. Do better! To the owner... Maybe you should do some firing, retraining, and get some people working for you who are fit for the job instead of the ones you have making you look bad. Customers... make sure you double check they aren't STEALING FROM YOU.
