I lost a screw and asked for a simple screw replacement and they went above and beyond and sent me a whole new hardware setup with everything I would need to re do my whole holster. I also have a fairly rare pistol and light combo and they had nonissues accommodating that as well. Made in the USA in Idaho. I can’t say enough great things about them.

Received my IWB for PL -MINI 2 Valkyrie (2nd holster) Really impressed with the redesign. The Claw's new orientation is so much more efficient. Comparing it to my original it's also more robust. The edges are smooth and comfortable as always. It's my favorite IWB. Shout out to the craftsman and customer support @ WERKZ. Awesome product 👌

I had a great experience with Werkz here recently. Specifically with one of their staff members Jamison. I had some confusion regarding my tlr-7sub and x macro combination. Jamison helped answer some of the questions I had and walked me through different setups. He was very knowledgeable on all topics and specifically my setup. We came to a conclusion and he was not trying to sell me on anything which I greatly appreciated. It’s nice to talk with someone over the phone and you can tell Jamison and Werkz really care about the quality of their products and taking care of their customers. The holsters are beyond comfortable and they have so many different gun light combinations. I’m a residential plumber and work in different conditions everyday. The comfort of the M6: IWB holster is great and my first holster has held tremendously for everyday use. They make them optic cut as well and I find them superior to their competitors. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and I recommend them to anyone I know.
