Josh arrived late on a Friday afternoon to replace our hot water heater. He had a friendly and professional manner, explained what he would be doing, and though I told him to let me know if he needed anything I didn’t hear from him until the job was done and he asked me to turn on hot water faucets in the house. We have some remodeling in mind that involves plumbing and hope Josh is available when that happens.

Mickey and Joshua went above and beyond to help me out when I had an urgent water tank pressure problem. They were professional and quick to follow up to make sure we had hot water as soon as possible. We could not find the main water pressure valve and Mickey took the time to call local professionals to give me estimates on how much the work to find it would cost. After all the work was done, Joshua took the time to come by and adjust the water pressure level for us. Thank you Mickey and Joshua for making this stressful time much less stressful!
