I had an appointment at 2pm. I was in the day before. I was charged for a failed smog. I gave him my phone number to call me if there was going to be any changes to the appointment. He told me to drive the car for 2 hours before I brought it in. I drove all up and down the 101 and wasted 50$ in gas so the sensors would he warmed up. I did this because he told me to. I wasted a whole day and over 100$. He was there when I showed up but told me he was closing early and wouldn't do the smog. Wasted all of that money and time for nothing. I rearranged my entire day and took the day off from work. So if you add it all up I lost over $600 total.
Terrible experience.
