I came for a simple extraction of a painful very loose tooth. After waiting 30 mins for scheduled appointment. I then waited 2 hrs to see the Dentist who gave me a treatment plan and surgical referral that I don’t want nor; did I asked for… I told this DDS l am planning 100% implants this summer. I don’t need treatment for expensive services I don’t want nor can I afford. The Dr responded “you should keep all your teeth as long as can”. I am sure preserving my teeth will make me a long term paying customer infinitely… I’m sticking with my current plan …. 100:% implants this summer.
This office was a complete waste of my time. Sadly, they refused to listen to my treatment request……
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING !!!!
Sept. 7,2024 -Horrible experience my first visit. Went in for a crown and two different workers cut my tongue. Did not even get an apology. They said I bit my tongue;however, I got a second opinion from another dentist and they confirmed they cut me with their tools.Left in more pain than when I went in.
Oct. 4,2024- I’ve reached out to Westcoast at email provided on this reviews response as instructed by them without no response via email or phone call after 7 days.
