Very friendly staff and attentive. Fellow members of the gym are very friendly. I have yet to encounter anyone genuinely rude, but I'm sure the staff would make short work of those people. I've seen a lot of people with mean mug looks on their face that are actually very nice people once you talk to them. It's just that work out RBF. I'm not super fit but am constantly improving and challenging myself so I like to strike up conversation with people who I see getting after it and I find this gym a generally welcome place to do that. Just don't do it middle of their set and don't be weird!

AWESOME GYM!!! When I first signed up the staff was very helpful and kind and very professional. I come during midnight hours because I record but sometimes I come during the day and overall the vibe is perfect especially during those night hours 💯💯

This is an amazing gym, I’m a girl and I feel like it is such a safe and amazing place to work out and the equipment is so nice and very well working. The owners and all the workers are nice as well. Love this place!!
