Products are great - but you can buy those anywhere! The overall morale and tone of the staff is disappointing. They are rude, dismissive and insincere. Pregnancy is an exciting time and I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here, you will leave upset.

The most incompetent people I have had the privilege to do business with as a customer. The store manager, Mr. Sagar, doesn’t understand the difference between ETA and shipping dates. My order was supposed to be received between 2-4 weeks here I am sitting after 3.5 weeks of ordering that the order is not yet shipped and is subject to change. I have had issues with orders with them in the past but have overlooked it but this particular instance was the limit. They have no courtesy to call and inform you about the status and they themselves have no idea what’s going on. Stay away if you don’t want to be disappointed

Wish I had read the online reviews before shopping with west coast kids. Purchased a crib mattress for pick up at the Vancouver store because it said it was in stock and we needed it right away. When I called the staff was very rude and said they didn’t have the item available and didn’t provide any real assistance or a time frame for when it would be available. Would recommend choosing a more reputable company (especially when buying baby/children’s items).
