Karam approached me to provide Bowen treatments to his customers to assist them in treating their health problems. I have been doing so for 8mths and have gotten to know him very well. He works long hours and says often “I have to, what would they do without me”. He genuinely cares for people to the extent of taking courses to better assist them. He charges half the price for blood analysis that anyone else does. He works at trying to find the answers as well as helping people be preventative with their health. I’ve never met a more hard working and selfless man. I hope Sooke appreciates the gem they have.

The best health food store in the area! The owner is super friendly , knowledgeable and always helps you to select a product that suits your needs. I love buying less harmful cosmetics/toiletries here, spices and local, organic meat, fish and eggs. I couldn't recommend this place more!!
