Does not communicate or respond to emails or phone calls. Understaffed, but the staff they have are unprofessional. Not a surprise at all they already have a 1.1 google rating. Not worth the money we pay monthly for them to look after our property.

Called in at 10pm for someone parking at my assigned parking. Guy named Jeff said it’ll take a while because they’re “locking up”. Called again at 12:30am and they’re “still locking up”. Really? 3 hrs to lock up? Man can’t even explain why it takes them 3 hrs to lock up. Pointless security.

They will tag your car with a sticker that's impossible to remove for "not being in a spot" and place it in a spot that is detrimental for you to have clear for your driving safety, and not having a permit. You only need ONE eye to see a car is parked in a spot. Very incompetent and would never recommend to my worst enemy.
