Truly despicable company, raised storage prices from $84/month to $140. 80% increase with no reason offered other than “the rents have to go up sometime”. Would highly advise anyone and everyone to stay away. I’m frankly unsure this is even legal, but in any event, just absurd.
EDIT after writing this review I received the vague response below from the owner telling me to call the local branch. When I called the local branch, I was offered $124 instead as an increase (so 48% jump). When I requested to speak with the owner or someone from corporate, I was told that could not be guaranteed. I will continue to update this review but so far, terribly unimpressed with their response and faceless leadership.
