Got the unit back in August of 2023 with the 50% off.for two months. After the initial two months it was $50 a month. 4 months later of paying on time they raised the rate to $100 a month. How is this possible? The last unit I had raised their rate after a full year and it was something like $10, not 100% more. That’s crazy, not I have to look for another unit , move my stuff, pay another initial fee. I wouldn’t rent here, not good business doing that. Luring customers in with cheap introductory prices and then hiking up the rate like that, seems predatory. Do better! -Francisco f.
They did say they would cut the raise to $80 a month. Still too much for their smallest unit available.
Update they did not bill $80 as they said they would. They decided to bill the full $100
