RUN! they over-charge you nor let you cancel/move out properly. After signing up for $45 a month, they raised the charge to $92 after about 10months in, with one email notice (which we missed, but never confirmed other method either - no text nothing), then we decided to move out, we used their website chat bot to let them know as they never answered the phone calls. Automated txt came through asking unit# and move out date, which we replied back via txt msg, never got reply back after that. We moved out by the end of July as we texted, then they kept charging us August and September - still cannot reach them via phone call. Today finally we reached out our bank instead and dispute the charges. Very bad operation.
