The customer service was exceptional. Both gentlemen were professional, considerate and very helpful. After a long day of moving, I returned the truck after hours not realizing I got I forgot to leave the key in the drop box! Dennis called me in the morning and was so kind and understanding and professional.

Phil was an absolute knockout and helped us rent not only a storage unit but a Uhaul moving truck. Excellent service, very communicative, and very knowledgeable. We felt in good hands the whole time. One small criticism is that we received calls from Uhaul and Dennis about picking up/returning the truck despite picking it up and returning it on time, but that's not Phil's fault as there are multiple reservation systems. The facility works for us and the pricing is very competitive. Contents of a one-bedroom apartment can fit in a 5x10 or 7x10 if not interested in playing tetris. This facility is easily accessed via Aurora and codes. No trash/garbage cans on site and only one bathroom but there are 3 carts you can use to move your stuff. Again, the best part of the experience is Phil. Give this man a raise!

I had a great experience with my moving van rental thanks to the wonderful and efficient service from Phil and Dennis. It was a last minute need for a van late Saturday afternoon and they made the process so smooth and easy. I really appreciated the moving items (blankets and hand truck) too! I will certainly come back to this location in the future!
