Terrible experience. Multiple failed delivery attempts. When the coffee table and bookshelf finally arrived, they were both damaged. Customer support shows no care for customers at all. I was transferred multiple times and promises were made for refunds, credits and re-delivery - none of which happened, Meanwhile I was charged full price for both damaged items and for "successful delivery". A huge disappointment and very frustrating experience that is still not resolved.

Save Yourself a HEADACHE and go to some other store! Staff was useless, especially manager Sabiha. I drove 40 minutes from WeHo during rush hour to see a bed on that was supposedly on “display” according to my conversation with another staff member in the morning. I showed up to the store and manager Sabiha so called “helped” me. Unapologetically, she told me that they don’t have the bed on display and I was given the wrong information. Manager had no customer service skills. Team member, Helen, tried her best to help me. West Elm could train their managers better. Managers should set examples for the rest of the team. Clearly manager wasn’t a team player nor had enough decency to apologize on behalf of her staff for giving me the wrong information. NOT GOING back to this store again! You expect better customer service when you’re going to spend $3K on a bed. Such a disappointment!

Really the worse customer service ever. Call the Palm Springs location to place an order. They’re so much more professional.
