Fisrt and LAST time we buy anything at this company. It really sucks! We place an order for more than $6,000 dlls back in February at the Plano TX store. They gave us a delivery date for May. In March our order was pushed out to be delivered by June or July, so we requested to split the delivery to have everything else delivered as planned in May and wait just for the chairs. Now we were told one of the chairs came damaged which would be delivered until October while they leave us with a partial order (5 out of 6 chairs). They "offered" to cancel the order, however since chairs are "custom made" they only can give us "store credit", so, we are stuck with this situation. Use that "store credit" to buy something else that could take MONTHS to be delivered again. It's either store credit or wait until October to complete the order. Unacceptable!!!!

We bought a dining room table in February with expected date in June. This date kept on getting pushed back to October, at which point we decided to cancel as we are moving. However, after my husband has been on the phone for close to an hour, the associate tells us this simply cannot be done as the marble top and base have been shipped out separately, and we can’t return it until we’ve received it. I feel this is absolutely preposterous and woman who attempted to help us agreed. I’m not sure what will come of this, but please everyone beware!
