Before anything, this review is for August of 2023. The trail is extremely unkempt; there are weeds invading most of the trail (kids especially will come out all scratched), and fallen trees you consistently have to jump over (or duck under). It's supposed to be 7.1 miles (14.2 to and fro), but at the top you can go to other peaks because it's rocky. Maybe 3 miles in, there appears to have been a landslide or avalanche that swept everything in it's path, also erasing part of the trail, but if you continue, you'll find it eventually. Most of the trail is forest, with streams throughout it, but not much views until you get close to the end of it. Overall, I enjoyed it, but there are better places to go, even if the conditions were better.
