I am an Interior Designer that specified a mirror for a client's project from West Frames. The mirror was delivered and we immediately put it in a safe place for storage until it was ready to be installed. Unfortunately, when we opened the packaging, even though the box showed no signs of damage, the mirror was shattered. West Frames has refused to make this right because of the time frame in which we discovered the damage. Our industry typically orders things in advance to safeguard against long lead times. West Frame's inflexibility and poor customer service, and destroyed product with refusal of compensation are unacceptable, and I will not be specifying them again.
