This is my first Jeep purchase and they did an awesome job getting a full detail done for me theu the service department. Colin was great at connecting during the process and even ensured my new plates, that just arrived, we're put on. So far I love the sales and service team here.

I had a scheduled appointment made on a Friday. I had my van towed in on that Wednesday, since you can get it towed in within 48 hours of the service. Within the hour of my van being towed to the shop, that Wednesday, Colin reached out to let me know what could be wrong, estimated the cost, and answered my questions. The maintenance team started working on my van that Thursday morning and had my van ready to be picked up by Thursday afternoon. So they had my van done and ready a day before my actual set appointment time. When I picked up my van Jaystan answered, in depth, a question I had about a service I had done that was recommended. Colin and Jaystan were so fast to help me and answer anything I asked to them. Such friendly service technicians! I walked away happy knowing I had such amazing technicians working on my vehicle I drive my children around in. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership, thank you!

The staff was nice, Alex was very nice and helpfully. They treated my 2019 ram tradesman 3500 very well. Service was excellent, highly recommended, will do business again.
