Really enjoying my brand new Mazda CX-50. Tre in sales & Magdy in finance were super helpful and made sure I was completely comfortable with the buying decisions I made. Just brought it in for service and Cole the advisor made the guest experience top notch 10/10. Will definitely recommend to family and friends to service vehicles here and will continue to bring my vehicles here.

When I bought my truck the dealer told me to use my ford pass app for any scheduling and things I needed for my truck. Went to make an appointment for an oil change on the app and scheduled it and everything. Had something come up so I saw I could edit my reservation on the app. Did it no fuss. Got to my oil change and was told the app doesn’t always transfer to the service schedule. What was the point of being pressed to download the app if it doesn’t even work? I was so frustrated when I got there and had to reschedule for another day. On top - service attendant was rude and clearly in a bad mood. Just a bad over all experience after a great experience when I bought. Don’t press the app on people if it isn’t going to work. Wish I could go to another service dealer.

I had scheduled the routine maintenance on 2020 Escape hybrid. The day before the scheduled service West Hills Ford called and asked if I would be interested in trying their new mobile service in lieu of actually going into the shop and I accepted. The mobile service van arrived at our home right on time. The two service techs introduced themselves, explained the process and went to work. A tarp was placed beneath the vehicle as a precaution in case of any spilled oil during the oil change. They also jacked thar car up to rotate the tires. It was not NASCAR fast but finished in about an hour. The technicians were competent, professional, and very courteous. Colin, the service wrter at West Hills followed up shortly after the mobile crew left to be sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely consider using the mobile service again.
