I’m a loyal Honda driver. On a recent trip to get my 23’ CRV serviced. I arrived at the dealership to retrieve my car. The salesperson escorted me to my vehicle. As we approached, I saw mud sprayed on the driver's side & rear passenger side doors. It was determined to be from the landscaping crew who had serviced the grounds earlier that day. The employee was mortified and assured me over and over he was going to document this issue and bring it to his manager. But he didn’t stop there; he insisted on taking my car to have the onsite detailers clean it up but quickly returned as they had left for the evening. He had several free car wash coupons and gave them all to me as an apology. I thanked him for his dedication to fixing the issue.
The following day, I received a phone call from his manager, who echoed the same apology and said he knew his employee had given me car wash coupons and wanted to go above and beyond to fix the issue. He offered me options to get my car detailed with a clear coat protectant at their expense. I opted to drop my car off for a few hours and plan to schedule that soon. It was refreshing to be on the receiving end of “above and beyond.” This is why I’ll be a Honda customer for life and continue to come to the West Hills Service Center in Bremerton—well done!
