To be honest, I hate buying cars which is why I hang on to them for 10 to 12 years. With West Hill Ford I was pleasantly surprised. Chad Bass, my Sales Advisor, and Derek Foster, the Sales Manager, went out of their way to make sure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. They made the buying process so stress free which I really appreciated! I am very pleased with the outcome. AND I LOVE MY RANGER!!

I had a great visit! Promptly addressed as soon as I walked in. Had an excellent associate, Arianna Owen! She addressed the issue at hand (oil change/current concerns) and also helped me discover how I had been accidentally overcharged in a previous visit! The issue was resolved to my satisfaction. And I was out the door, feeling confident and secure! Thank you guys and gals, you never disappoint! I still love my Mauzy!

I had the most incredible experience today. Today Caitlin was my service advisor who checked me in today and I have to tell you unbelievable communication and everything was done in a timely matter and what was promised was performed!!!
