I went here for the first time to get a Covid booster. They could not run my insurance, which I use all the time without any problems. I just paid cash. They forgot to give me a card with proof of vaccination. I called to see if they could slip it in the mail because driving Is hard for me at this time. They said no. I asked the manager/owner to give me a call. I was going to let him know I have a PO Box and it would be safe to send. I would be willing to pay postage. I never received a call back and every time I called they would not answer the phone. This is highly unprofessional. I pulled up the Washington State Covid records, and the lot number is missing from the website. Every other Pharmacy had put that on the records with the state. The state said I would have to go to pharmacy and get the lot number, give it to my doctor and then the doctor can update it on the website. I would never trust them to take care of my family by filling prescriptions here. I am very disappointed. This is unacceptable behavior for a business in the medical field.
