I have to say, this is the most pleasant experience I've ever had at the dentist. The office staff were nice and helpful. Then I met Jessica. She was great. She was very careful of my comfort, taking in to account the pain I was in. I was assigned to Dr. Dallas. He was also great. He took the time to talk to me at length about my dental health and a plan for treatment that I have been seeking for years. He was also cautious with my immediate emergency need. Over all I am very pleased and will recommend West Richland Family Dentistry to anyone looking for oral care.

The staff are very friendly. Amber, the Hygienist, was very professional. Addie, at the front desk, took the time to look at insurance coverage and provided cost estimates for future treatments. Highly recommend!

1st time visit not so great dentist. Second time had Dr. Clemmens (not sure if that is correct spelling) and he was so patient and understanding, especially when I exolained my anxiety towards dentists. Came back to do a cavitiy appt and he and the asst made it so easy and relaxing, it did help having oral sedation meds. If you have anxiety, he is the one to go to!
