Made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a power rake because I only had 1 day to do the yard before a surgery. They don’t have my reservation then the lady working was rude like it was my fault.

call the day previous and was informed we could rent a 5x9 utility trailer. Show up to get it. was informed that we couldn't get it that they don't rent them any more. Was waiting to get a uhaul trailer and was approached by i assume the owner or manager and was told again that no we don't have any trailers except the 5 I was looking at. I didn't mind having to go another route but don't give me attitude. I understand that you don't rent your utility trailers anymore. You do have other options though.

Turned me away 5 minutes before sign on the door (and Google) said was closing time. I understand quitting time is exciting enough to knock off early now and then but not good for customer service.
