Have used West Side Drain and Septic on multiple occasions. Their service has always best in class. Doug and Jon have provided excellent information as they addressed the issues and any questions I have had. They are on-time, very communicative regarding reminders and arrival times. But most of all they are very courteous and very detail oriented.

Doug was great on the initial call and Greg was very professional and courteous on-site, called to see if he could come earlier, showed up and very knowledgeable with how my system worked and did trouble shooting solving problems and did a thorough job with my issues. We had a pump failure on our septic tank system. West Side Drain and Septic were able to get us on their schedule the same day we called and get our tanked pumped out and the next day replaced our failed pump. Was very pleased with the professional and prompt service and knowledgeable team. I would highly recommend them.
