I’d have to say probably the worst place I’ve lived in. Unprofessionalism at its best, I had gotten a call saying I was late for $700 on rent and kind of being rude only for them to realize they called the wrong person :). I had amandelyn (don’t know how to spell it) at first, we had called about 3 times and went in person, saying we never got the email to set up our account on the community app. She’d said she had resent it each time but we never received it, eventually gave up reaching out because we felt like we were wasting our time. When moving out, we left it looking better than when we moved in. The carpet was placed in the home around 2019, and I guess they must’ve pulled it up too many times because it was super bubbly. The bathtub was really yellow and I had gotten it super white just in one cleaning, so I don’t think they cleaned very well. If you don’t feel like being charged a lot when you move out, don’t move here. They’ll charge you if your trash cans are dirty, if you have stains on the patio (even if they were there before you move in). If you do move in, don’t make our mistake and just accept how it looks because you need a place to live, bother maintenance to come and fix it so you don’t get charged. The pantry doors were always falling off their tracks and they did that not even a day within us moving in. When we had moved out I was writing our whole conversation down between me and management.. she said “you don’t have to do that because I’m sending an email with every detail in it” then I never received an email 🤦🏼♀️

Just had our first maintenance call, and Breyer was seriously the kindest, most capable, and informative maintenance provider we have ever had in our 21 years of married Navy Life! Fingers crossed it’s always this good - Breyer set the bar high!!

The maintenance team is always excellent! Prompt, professional, and helpful. Our screen door was becoming a hazard for my toddler and Breyer fixed it same day and went the extra mile in making sure it was as safe as possible.
