I got to admit the recycling center was a positive experience I felt like I did a role in helping the environment. The county made it easy by placing some yard debris and tire coupons and the Sunday paper which helped me financially.
Overall I recommend using the recycle center on occasion.

The workers are not very friendly and are somewhat robotic. Also their is a lot of debris like nails and spikes that are left laying in the area you back your vehicle into that you can easily run over and puncture a tire. Be very careful and inspect your tires before you leave.

The ladies in the booth are always a pleasure to deal with. The gentlemen in the yard can be a different story. On Saturday, 5 minutes before posted closing time, as I was rolling up to the gate, one of the guys jumps off his forklift and runs to the gate to close it on me. No eye contact, no words...nothing. Pretty much a punk move. Not what I would consider good customer service .
