I was looking for the perfect grooming place for my poodle and Maltese and I definitely found it! The price was exactly what was quoted to me and they even did not charge me extra for my dog's small matted area on his neck and alot of places charge when they see just a very small area! My dogs were not stressed after the haircut and they truly look adorable!

We had our first visit to Westcreek today. We have an anxious, very people-picky pup and even with her anxiety, the groomer did a magnificent job. The lady who was tasked with my pup was welcoming, kind, patient and very welcoming. I’m very impressed with their work and already made her next appointment.

By far the worst groomer in town. I do not recommend to anyone. My dog came out horrible they blamed it on her age we pay good money for them to groom her. Age is not an excuse we have never had this problem with any other groomer before. I just had to fix her hair because they wouldn’t. They were very rude when I took her back in to have them fix it. Very unprofessional. They lost clients that’s for sure. They don’t have full training in what they do.
