They follow you around the store like you’re going to steal which I find very offensive and uncomfortable I could barely take my time picking my item because the man was lurking over my shoulder staring at me, asking me if I was ready yet. Who does that? Was in a rush but never again will I go to this place. I’ll make the longer drive to Lakewood where there is a black-owned store with great service.

It was okay. The staff there are not much fun. They don't speak much English so you can't get your questions answered. They seem to not know about the products they sell. They speak language from other countries with each other when you are in the store, so you feel very excluded. I bought an item I had studied up on prior to go to the store but was unable to make other purchases I wanted to make due to lack of communication. They watch you like a hawk while you are in there, so you feel like they think you are going to shoplift something. They really should have at least one English speaking staff person durung their open hours. I patronize the store about once every year. It's Always the same. Just disappointing. 😞

The young woman who worked there was so friendly. Took the time to help me find what I was looking for. It's mostly geared toward black women, but she helped me find an alternative. I went there after going to Sally Beauty, and wS treated so rude that I left there and came here. I'm so glad I did. Thank you, Western Beauty Supply. You and your staff ROCK!!!
