Well, first of all, it’s impossible to get an appointment annd then to be overbooked!!! I wasn’t even able to get done what I needed to get done. I came in to get my teeth cleaned. They’re insisting on taking x-rays and then for me to see the physician. I only got x-rays done now. They had no time for me to see the physician. I waited 2 1/2 hours. I have to make another appointment to see the physician and hopefully able to get my teeth cleaned on the same day. this is absolutely preposterous and A waste of time I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. I’ve never had this issue. I’ve always been treat like VIP I know certain people have left, but I sure wish I would’ve trained better.

Scheduled an appointment 2 months ago. I got a confirmation email and a text regarding my appointment and set up care for my daughter on this day and filled out new patient paperwork. Drove a half an hour to the appointment and when I got there, I was told that it was rescheduled by somebody for five more months from now and that I had a voicemail which I never received. All I wanted was a basic cleaning and treat potential new members like a number And reschedule an appointment apparently that you left on a voicemail that likely wasn’t even mine and you didn’t talk to me But I continue to get confirmation text messages and emails regarding this appointment I find very unprofessional.

We drove 3 and a half hours to get fillings and teeth cleaning because rural humboldt doesn’t have any open dental facilities. We get here and the dentist went on vacation without letting us reschedule or letting us know before we got here. So we leave with a “sorry come back in 3 more months” absolutely terrible dentist.
