I visited the office 19071 Bear Valley Rd Apple Valley, CA 92308, Dr. Sherpa & Lilian I hope I spelt both names correctly, we’re just amazing, friendly, welcoming & professional. I had went in for a lot of work to be done and so far everything has been top notch the dental work not so much 🙁😫😩😅which is my fault for letting my teeth get this bad lol, overall the experience here at this location is just wonderful professional and would recommend Dr. Sherpa thank you, and Lillian!!!!

Great my first few visits last visit terrible experience. Came in cause I was in pain to sit in a waiting room a hour and a half after appointment time then was put in a broken chair that didn't move in the back for another hour and a half to be looked at for 5 minutes and prescribed Ibuprofen and Antibiotics. Then they do not submit my prescription till I called and complained almost 24hrs later and the lady tells me they submitted them. After hanging up I get the text my prescriptions are being filled by my pharmacy who confirmed they just received the prescription. No remorse for their mistake.

This place is crooked.They try to extort you. They try to over sell you services you don't need. When you tell them you only want what your insurance covers, they treat you like garbage. The sign says free x-ray and exam, it's a lie. I asked for an itemized receipt. They gave me a receipt for $112 for x-ray and exam, when the sign says free, but they bill my insurance for $409. Watch your receipt they probably do the same to everyone. And don't sign a contract or give them cash. They are crooks and will rip you off.
