I saw all these negative reviews on Yelp but I still went there to give it a shot, big mistake ever. I went there for a TMJ consult, and regular cleaning. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes after my appointment time, that's okay, I understand sometimes medical office gets busy. Dr said I just needed regular cleaning and a night guard. Then someone came in and gave me an estimate, she said I needed a deep cleaning (like WHAT?!) that is not covered by my insurance and it will be $812 out of pocket. So I explained to her I only want a regular cleaning that is covered by my insurance, she said the doctor can't do a regular cleaning on me as he didn't order it.. Like WHAT?! She then told me to come back at 2 as the doctor is going to be at lunch at 1. My appointment time was at 1130, and you are asking me to come back 2.5 hours later for a service that is not even covered by my insurance. No thanks.
Ps: I went to another dentist for a second opinion, he said he doesn't know why I needed extra deep cleaning as my gum and teeth are fine. I got my cleaning and night guard from another dentist that is fully covered by my insurance. Stay away from this place. It's a scam.
