This place is a absolute joke. I'm surprised they have any 5 star reviews. The dentist is rude and overworked. She takes 2 hour lunches on people's appointment times. She doesn't give any pre warning before jabbing you with numbing needle. She talked smack on me questioning why I'm off on a tuesday and Insinuating I have no job or nothing do. They cancelled 3 times on me after I showed up on time for my appointment. No apologies nothing. I will never give these people my money I have best dental insurance they will never get a dollar from me or from my insurance. Trash place, trash people, very rude and unprofessional. Trust me do not get your teeth done at these dentistry chains. Find a real professional.

horrible experience with the main dentist. I had a root canal done about a year ago and started experiencing bad pain recently so I went to a different dentist and turns out the root canal wasn’t done properly mind you i had gone back to western dental and told them it hurt when I had just recently gotten it done and he told me “everything’s fine” but barely looked at my tooth and he still complained about me saying it hurt. I would not recommend this place to anyone, there is no reason that he shouldn’t have performed the root canal properly the first time and now i have to get it retreated because of his stupidity. extremely reckless and does not care about his patients.

I called to make an appointment for my daughter and the receptionist Elena was super nice and beyond helpful making it easy to set a time and date for us!
