Very first time going to Western Dental and was brand new and having a tooth emergency and Gary immediately made me feel welcomed and listened to my concerns. I had a very intricate situation and he made it work and we were able to get it taken care of. Have had horrible experiences with dentists and Gary’s bed side manner made me want to keep coming back. Thank you!

I was there two weeks ago after scheduling my appointment for cleaning, they made an error in the scheduling and left me unattended for 2 hours, the worst thing was the condescending and rude way the manager (female who I believe is new as I had never seen her there before) spoke to me. She never apologized for their error and kept asking me to shut up so she can speak. She was just mean, rude and horrible.
